About the Role

The Lead – EFMS Strategy, Certifications & Quality Assurance will oversee the strategy, governance, and effectiveness of the Enterprise Facility Management System (EFMS) across the organization’s office park portfolio. The role will drive EFMS optimization, digital initiatives, ISO management systems, sustainability certifications, and ESG reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and improvement of the EFMS platform for monitoring facility operations, asset performance, and environmental metrics

Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system integrations, upgrades, automation, and digital initiatives such as IoT monitoring and smart sensors

Develop dashboards and analytics for energy performance, operational KPIs, and leadership reporting

Support implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 41001) and ensure audit readiness

Coordinate sustainability certifications including LEED EB: O&M and track compliance timelines

Maintain documentation, SOPs, compliance trackers, and support ESG reporting with validated operational data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

6–9 years of experience with EFMS / CAFM / IWMS platforms

Experience in ISO management systems, sustainability certifications, and ESG reporting

Strong analytical, dashboard development, and data management skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, consultants, and auditors

Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
