About the Role

An individual contributor role responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise-wide network infrastructure across Panchshil group entities, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless connectivity for all users and operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, and switching operations across sites
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and NAC solutions
• Handle Aruba Wireless, Controllers, ClearPass, Cisco Meraki, HP/Aruba switches, and cloud network tools
• Perform network monitoring through Site24x7, Airwave, IMC, GNS3, and related tools
• Support L1/L2 network issues, raise/resolve tickets via ServiceNow, and coordinate with OEMs
• Manage VLANs, VPNs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, ACLs, and other core protocols
• Execute firmware upgrades, license renewals, and certificates for network devices
• Assist in network setup for new offices, data centers, and infrastructure expansions
• Create wireless heatmaps, conduct audits, and ensure network security compliance
• Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and change logs

What You Bring

• Graduate (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA) with 2–5 years in Network Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAC, and firewall technologies
• Practical exposure to Aruba Wi-Fi 6, ClearPass, HP/Aruba switching, and Cisco Meraki preferred
• Ability to manage L1/L2 troubleshooting, ticketing, network monitoring, and on-ground support
• Certifications preferred: CCNA / MCSA / RHEL / Aruba / ClearPass NAC
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and documentation skills
