About the Role

At Panchshil Realty, excellence is built into every square foot we deliver. As a Quality Manager, you will lead the quality assurance and control function across multiple real estate projects - ensuring that every structure, finish, and detail meets Panchshil’s benchmark standards. This is a leadership role that blends technical expertise, process governance, and team mentorship to drive consistent quality across all phases of construction.

What You Will Do

Quality Planning & Strategy

• Define and implement project-specific quality control plans aligned with company standards.
• Develop and monitor inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and QA/QC documentation.
• Establish benchmarks, tolerances, and acceptance criteria for civil, finishing, and MEP works.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor a team of site quality engineers and inspectors across multiple projects.
• Conduct regular site audits, review NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with project, execution, and procurement teams to address quality issues proactively.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to applicable codes, IS standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee document control for quality records, test reports, and material approvals.
• Interface with third-party consultants and external agencies for quality certification and validation.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Identify recurring issues and implement process enhancements to improve workmanship.
• Conduct training sessions for site teams on construction quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Support management in continuous improvement and quality reporting across business units.
• FAT & SAT testing as per requirement.
• Monitoring and controlling Project handing over process internally & with Client.
• Preparation of MIS reports conducting regular quality meetings at site.

What You Bring

• 10–15 years of experience in construction quality assurance and control.
• In-depth knowledge of QA/QC practices for high-rise, commercial, and residential projects.
• Strong familiarity with IS codes, material standards, and testing protocols.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience with reputed real estate or contracting firms preferred
