Position: Finance Manager / FP&A Manager – People Manager

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Head – Finance / CFO

About the Role

This role is designed for a finance leader who can drive financial planning, governance, and business performance across the organization. You will lead FP&A and reporting teams, partner with leadership, and enable strategic decision-making through strong financial intelligence.

What You Will Do

Financial Leadership & Strategy
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Drive project feasibility, ROI analysis, and business case development
• Support investment and capital allocation decisions

Governance & Controls
• Strengthen financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance
• Oversee MIS, reporting frameworks, and financial governance
• Partner with auditors, consultants, and advisors

People & Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor finance and FP&A teams
• Build high-performance finance capability
• Drive accountability, ownership, and execution excellence

Business Partnership
• Partner with projects, sales, legal, and operations leadership
• Support leadership with strategic insights and analytics

What You Bring

• CA / CPA / MBA Finance
• 6–10 years of experience in finance leadership roles
• Strong FP&A, governance, and business finance exposure
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
