About the Role
The Architect will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural
designs, drawings, and details for ongoing projects. This role demands design precision,
technical knowledge, and effective coordination across project disciplines.

What You Will Do
• Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and technical details for assigned projects
• Coordinate with structure, MEP, and interior teams to ensure cohesive design solutions
• Support design presentations and documentation for approvals
• Review site progress and ensure compliance with design standards and quality
benchmarks
• Participate in value engineering discussions and assist in material selection

What You Bring
• B. Arch with 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design visualisation software
• Ability to interpret complex designs into clear construction drawings
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
