About the Role

As a Junior Architect at Panchshil Realty, you will support the design team across concept development, detailed drawings, and site coordination for premium real estate projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full design lifecycle—from concept to execution—while working closely with senior architects, consultants, and site teams.


What You Will Do

Concept & Design Development
Prepare concept drawings based on design inputs and support approvals from the HOD
• Develop detailed architectural drawings aligned with design intent and project requirements
• Coordinate with project coordinators and design consultants for timely drawing delivery
• Consolidate architectural drawings received from multiple consultants
• Resolve design overlaps and incorporate review comments from the HOD
• Finalize drawings for release to execution teams as per project timelines

Execution Support & Site Coordination
Review mock-up units to ensure execution aligns with approved designs
• Assist in preparing and reviewing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
• Respond to site queries and ensure execution follows approved drawings
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Sales & Stakeholder Coordination
• Provide design inputs for marketing and sales collaterals
• Support sales teams by incorporating customer-specific requirements into designs
• Prepare unit-wise drawings for agreement and documentation purposes
• Participate in site meetings and consultant coordination meetings


What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in architectural design for real estate projects
• Exposure to residential or commercial developments preferred
• Strong understanding of design development and working drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic design tools
• Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
