About the Role

The Real Estate Financial Analyst will support the evaluation, underwriting, and financial analysis of real estate development and investment opportunities. The role involves financial modelling, market research, and transaction support across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, enabling data-driven investment decisions.

What You Will Do

Financial Modelling & Analysis
• Prepare and maintain project-level financial models including pro forma and DCF models
• Analyse cash flows, IRR, NPV, equity multiples, and sensitivity scenarios
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and asset valuation activities

Transaction & Investment Support
• Assist in underwriting acquisitions and development opportunities
• Review rent rolls, operating statements, feasibility inputs, and assumptions
• Support due diligence including market studies, operating cost analysis, and third-party reports
• Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, consultants, and lenders

Market Research
• Conduct market and sub-market research for residential, commercial, and hotel assets
• Analyse pricing trends, demand–supply dynamics, cap rates, and absorption
• Prepare comparable analysis and benchmarking reports

Reporting & Documentation
• Assist in preparation of investment notes, presentations, and internal approvals
• Track portfolio performance metrics and support periodic reporting
• Support financing documentation, lender models, and covenant tracking

What You Bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Level 1
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Good understanding of DCF, valuation metrics, and financial statements
• Exposure to residential, commercial, or hospitality real estate projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
