Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Construction Manager / Project Manager

About the Role

Panchshil Realty is seeking a Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for residential and commercial developments in Mumbai. You will coordinate with site and support teams, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost and quality standards.

What You Will Do

Prepare master and micro project schedules and track daily progress.

Plan material procurement, resources, and contractor schedules.

Monitor site execution, update schedules, and identify recovery plans for delays.

Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, drawings, and clearances.

Conduct review meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and management reports.

Support finance, audit, and MIS teams with accurate project data.

What You Bring

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

12–15 years’ experience in planning residential/commercial construction projects.

Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.

Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Mumbai-based professional preferred.
