About the Role

Lead the Health & Safety function across projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and the creation of a safety-first culture.

What You Will Do

• To implement of HSE Policy, objectives, HSE Manual, contract condition, HSE SOPs at all projects.
• Liaise with external agencies/ government bodies/clients regarding HSE
• To implement Safety Management System Manual at each project.
• To ensure all required documents received from all contractors for approval from all projects.
• To ensuring the compliance of all HSE approved documents at projects.
• To organizing HSE campaign, competitions, and another special important program to promote HSE at workplace (e.g. Safety Day, Safety award etc)
• To ensure compliance of HSE Audit points & closeout report.
• Visit all sites / work location (Once in three days) to perform survey, inspection & access the HSE performance (prepare and send site visit HSE Inspection report to concern.) as per contract condition.
• To control all Panchshil workman camp & BOCW Legal compliance.
• To take follow-up and close-out for hazard observation pending point at project site.
• To lead HSE meetings at project site
• T verify security attendance.
• To find out critical observation on monthly basis.
• To Implement & monitor of GATE MIS system at all project site

What You Bring

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering + ADIS
• 6–10 years of experience in HSE management in construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and other statutory compliance.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
